All actions by committees and caucuses need the approval associated with Club, or in a crisis, the Executive Committee. No caucus or committee may endorse applicants or propositions. No caucus or committee can use the Club’s title meant for prospects or problems without having the approval of this Club, or in a crisis, the Executive Committee.
Regular conferences regarding the account will be held one or more times an on a date determined by the executive committee month. Any motions of business may be to be able, except as otherwise specified in these bylaws.
